Fall is Here!! These are some views of the aspens in our valley, right by our house. The mountain tops are beginning to hold the first snows of the season and winter is right around the corner. September has been beautiful here with clear blue skies and great weather for hiking and working outdoors. JT and I have been cutting down dead trees and burning them in our new fire pit we built. We're hoping to have some friends from church over this Saturday to cook out and make smores. I love this time of year; football season, the smell of burning wood in the air, cook-outs, hiking, and the last jeep rides of the season.

So your pictures are amazing!. I would give anything to be in the mountains right now watching the aspens change and not in a class. I'm trying to find someone to make a run to the mountains with me fall break but thats hard seeing as how not many people love the mountains as much as I do. New Zealand is a for sure so thats exciting and scary all at the same time. I know your loving the mountains and keep posting so I have something to look at until I can get up there!
