Spring is Here??
Well, it's been a while since I've written...so I guess its time to update everyone. The holidays were wonderful up in the high country, as my parents and sister made it out for Christmas. When I say, "made" it out, I mean barely made it out. Two huge blizzards moved into Colorado and left my family stranded on I-70 near Russell, Kansas. When they finally got out, they had to leave early because of another storm! But they made it home safely. Since the holidays, I have celebrated my 26th birthday and watched as JT has become very successful selling some great mountain homes. In early February, my friend Jules came out for a few days of snow boarding and skiing. We had a blast. For those of you who don't know, JT and I have a wonderful dog, Sofia. We got her in December and since then she as become like a child. However, we decided that Sofia needed a little playmate. So, next week we are driving to Nebraska to pick up our new femle Vizsla puppy. We are all very excited.
The snow here lately has been incredible. There is a major difference in the early winter snows and spring precip. We have enjoyed going out and hitting the slopes... enjoyed because about a week ago JT broke his hand skiing. He hasn't had good luck this season as he has already busted his nose open and now broke his hand. So, he will be taking a month's worth break...I however, will just have to hit up the snow alone. Things are going well and we anticipate the warmer weather....whenever it decides to arrive =)

Your puppies are precious, I just want to squeeze them. Thanks for putting us on your email list, I just love your blogger sight. All of the kids are doing well, starting soccer and spring activities. I hope that my John Thomas isn't as accident prone as your John Thomas, bless his heart. It seems like you guys have really settled in up there, I hope that God is really blessing your marraige.
Love,
Ana Deaton
