Here it is! Our new house. We live on about 3 miles of unpaved good old Colorado washed out road. Mt. Bross and Mt. Lincoln (14,200 plus) are right out our front door. The peaks are massive and still have winter snow painted on them. I haven't yet climbed them, but will soon. Looking off our deck you can see aspens, pines, and a vague hint of highway 9. A state wild-life area is just a couple hundred feet down our acre lot. Apparently the winters get crazy in Placer Valley with temps as low as -30 and 80 mph winds. We'll see how it goes!
